Grass pollen in the air of selected Polish cities in 2008

Abstract
This paper presents the course of grass pollination season in selected cities of Poland in 2008. Volumetric method with the use of Volumetric Spore Trap (Burkard, Lanzoni) was implemented. The pollen seasons of grass started first in Wroclaw (21st May). The highest daily pollen count, that reached the level of 223 grass pollen grains/m3, was recorded in Sosnowiec on the 2nd July.
