Abstract

COVID-19 pandemic and vitamin D3 deficiency are connected. Both are responsible for civilization diseases. Thanks to its immunotherapeutic and anti-inflammatory properties vitamin D3 could be taken into consideration for prophylaxis and treatment of coronavirus infection.
