Alergia na insulinę – istotny problem kliniczny?

Abstrakt
Insulina odgrywa bardzo ważną rolę w leczeniu pacjentów z cukrzycą. Problem alergii na insulinę nie jest zjawiskiem powszechnie obserwowanym. Wprowadzenie nowych preparatów insulin analogowych pozwoliło na zmniejszenie częstości występowania reakcji alergicznych. Jednak rozpoznanie alergii na insulinę u osoby z cukrzycą typu 1 stanowi prawdziwe wyzwanie terapeutyczne. Praca przedstawia aktualny stan wiedzy na temat rozpoznawania i leczenia alergii na insulinę oraz prezentuje praktyczne algorytmy postępowania i diagnostyki różnicowej w przypadkach podejrzenia alergii na insulinę.
