Abstrakt

Alergia na wino jest rzadko opisywaną w publikacjach reakcją nadwrażliwości pokarmowej. Może mieć charakter nadwrażliwości pokarmowej alergicznej, IgE-zależnej lub IgE-niezależnej, jak również być reakcją nadwrażliwości niealergicznej, wywołaną przez dodatki biologiczne i chemiczne używane przy produkcji wina. Częstość występowania nietolerancji na wino jest oceniana na blisko 1%. Spektrum objawów klinicznych jest szerokie, obejmuje ono bóle głowy, zmiany skórne, katar, duszności, objawy ze strony przewodu pokarmowego, aż po reakcję anafilaktyczną. Objawy niepożądanych reakcji na wino wymagają diagnostyki w celu potwierdzenia mechanizmów immunologicznych.
