Abstrakt
Małe dzieci chorują na astmę, alergiczny nieżyt nosa, alergię pokarmową i atopowe zapalenie skóry. Zwykle pierwszym krokiem w marszu alergicznym są objawy alergii pokarmowej i atopowego zapalenia skóry. Diagnostyka alergii u dzieci starszych zwykle nie stanowi problemu, natomiast u małych dzieci jest trudna, ponieważ opiera się przede wszystkim na objawach klinicznych, wywiadzie i odpowiedzi na stosowane leki. W artykule przedstawiono diagnozowanie i leczenie chorób alergicznych u małych dzieci.
