Abstract
This article is related to penal procedure premises of regulations of forensic observation of psychiatric defendants. It is the presentation of certain experiences from last several years with application article 203 of Polish penal procedure Code, after amendments evoked from the 10th July 2007 judgement of the Polish Constitutional Tribunal.
