Abstract

Psychiatric institutional staff is especially exposed to the burnout syndrome. This problem is worth noting as it significantly reduces not only the quality of work, but also the quality of life. It can result in mental disorders such as depression, anxiety disorders or finally even in a suicide attempt. This article discussed the characteristics of burn out syndrome and its treatment procedures.
