The role of the coach in the process of internal motivation to counteract burnout and internal training Review article
Main Article Content
Abstract
Coaching is a form of development in which a person called a coach supports a coachee – learner or client – in achieving a specific personal or professional goal. A common misconception is that coaching is the same as therapy, when in fact they are quite different. Therapy is intended to help people recover from emotional or other psychological disorders such as depression or anxiety. Coaching is intended to help individuals achieve personal goals. In practice, these phenomena are often difficult to be distinguished from one another, because personal development is a powerful recovery factor.
