Deficyty uwagi w schizofrenii – neuropsychopatologia Artykuł przeglądowy

Abstrakt
Współcześnie zaburzenia uwagi są uważane za jeden z podstawowych deficytów poznawczych u pacjentów ze schizofrenią. W testach neurokognitywnych wykazano, że podczas wykonywania zadań angażujących uwagę aktywność pacjentów ze schizofrenią różni się od poziomu wykonania w grupach kontrolnych. W przebiegu schizofrenii wykazano zmniejszony zakres uwagi, jej niską elastyczność, dokładność, selektywność, a także wytrwałość w porównaniu z grupami kontrolnymi.
