Abstrakt
Praca przedstawia aktualny stan wiedzy na temat reakcji niepożądanych po zastosowaniu środków kontrastowych; zarówno reakcji nadwrażliwości, jak i toksycznych. Omówiono m.in. czynniki ryzyka i przeciwwskazania do zastosowania tych preparatów. Autorki odwołują się do wielu prac oceniających możliwości premedykacji poprzedzającej zastosowanie jodowych środków kontrastowych i preparatów zawierających gadolin oraz procedury diagnostyczne stanu nadwrażliwości.
