Abstrakt
Olanzapina to neuroleptyk atypowy zarejestrowany w leczeniu schizofrenii i choroby afektywnej dwubiegunowej. Wieloreceptorowy mechanizm działania tego leku oraz wielość jego dostępnych form podawania umożliwiają wykorzystywanie go w farmakoterapii wielu objawów, zespołów i jednostek chorobowych, wykraczających poza oficjalną listę rejestracji. W artykule dokonano przeglądu zastosowań pozarejestracyjnych olanzapiny.
