Abstrakt

Celem publikacji jest analiza rezultatów klinicznych oraz ocena poziomu satysfakcji pacjenta po zabiegu usunięcia soczewki własnej i wszczepienia sztucznej soczewki wieloogniskowej. Pacjenci po 40. r.ż. coraz częściej pytają o chirurgiczne metody korekcji prezbiopii. Wśród dostępnych metod na szczególną uwagę zasługuje refrakcyjna wymiana soczewki. Liczne publikacje oraz doświadczenia własne pokazują, że zabiegi implantacji wieloogniskowych soczewek wewnątrzgałkowych, przy prawidłowo przeprowadzonej kwalifikacji, są bezpieczne i chętnie polecane przez pacjentów.
