Leczenie zapaleń spojówek w XXI wieku Artykuł przeglądowy

Abstrakt
Jedną z przyczyn rozwoju antybiotykooporności w okulistyce jest masowe stosowanie antybiotyków m.in. w leczeniu zapaleń spojówki. Z tego powodu w zapaleniach infekcyjnych spojówek leczeniem pierwszego rzutu powinny być antyseptyki, a nie antybiotyki. Zmiana ta może znacząco ograniczyć rozwój antybiotykooporności i zwiększyć skuteczność leczenia.
