Nystagmus vision therapy
Main Article Content
Abstract
Eye care specialists can help patients with nystagmus solve their vision problems using both optic and non-optics aids, pharmacology and surgery (ophthalmologist), or vision therapy. Vision therapy for patients with nystagmus can be carried out by eye care specialists in two ways – by improving parametres of binocular vision and making patients aware of when their nystagmus improves or gets worse, which results in greater oculomotor control.
