Abstract

Endocyclophotocoagulation (ECP) is the endoscopic method of glaucoma treatment using a diode laser for cyclodestruction of ciliary processes. Until now it was reserved for advanced cases of refractory glaucoma. The indications for its use are increasing and include patients in earlier stages of the disease, with good visual acuity. Efficacy and safety of ECP is confirmed by many studies on different types of glaucoma
