Abstract


Dry eye is a multifactorial disease, with non-specific signs and symptoms. Appropriate and long-term therapeutic management increases the patients’ quality of life. The aim of this article is to review the available literature on the application of the hydroxypropyl-guar gellable lubricant eye drops.
