Abstrakt

Wada zastawki trójdzielnej rzadko występuje jako wada izolowana. Zwykle towarzyszy schorzeniom lewej połowy serca, takim jak: wady zastawki mitralnej lub zaburzenia funkcji lewej komory. Artykuł jest kontynuacją przeglądu aktualnych stanowisk towarzystw amerykańskich ACC/AHA z 2006 r. (update 2008) i Europejskiego Towarzystwa Kardiologicznego z 2007 r., dotyczących diagnostyki i strategii leczenia wad serca.
