The authors are responsible for obtaining the necessary authorizations for the publication of materials whose copyright is held by a third party.
Submitting a paper is tantamount to an automatic and free-of-charge transfer of copyright (to publish and distribute the submitted material in all forms and fields of exploitation known now and developed in the future) to the Publisher, on condition that those materials are accepted for publication.
The authors agree not to publish any data or figures presented in their work anywhere and in any language without the prior written consent of the owner of the copyrights, i.e. the Publisher. Legal relations between the Publisher and the author(s) are in accordance with the Polish law and with the international conventions binding for Poland. The legal base pertaining to the acquisition of copyright is included in Article 921 of the Polish Civil Code (section copyright law and related law) as well as in the international conventions binding for Poland.
The names and e-mail addresses submitted with the article will be used exclusively for editorial purposes of this journal and correspondence, and will not be made available for any other purpose or to any other party.
