Main Article Content
Abstract
Aortic stenosis has become the most frequent type of valvular heart disease. The important changes have occurred in the etiology, presentation and treatment of disease over recent years. The decision making process based on new guidelines of management of valvular heart disease of ACC/AHA (2006) and European Society of Cardiology (2007) is presented in this article.
