35 years old male with exercise induced ST segment elevation on ECG – vascular disease or electric disease? Case report Case report

Abstract
In this article the case of 35 years old male with atypical for CHD symptoms is described. Patient presented stress induced ST segment elevation on ECG without typical pain or other symptoms. Because of nontypical symptomatology and lack of clinical symptoms during stress test and relatively rare ECG pattern (ST elevation) we also concidered other than CHD posibble causes of ST elevation like Brugada syndrome.
