Abstract
In this article in the form of a discussion of experts are presented a case of a young woman in sport professionally with unexplained syncope shortly after exercise. The patient in long-term ECG recordings found the sudden release of rhythm, sinus inhibition and atrio-ventricular conduction disturbances. The question that the authors set themselves is whether a woman can still trained professional sports.
