Abstract

ECG analysis in 58-year-old women, previous healthy, admitted to emergency room after sudden cardiac arrest due to ventricular fibrillation; effective defibrillation; ACS STEMI was suspected. Myocardial infarction wasn’t confirmed. Brugada syndrome was diagnosed. Implantable cardioverter-defibrillator was implantated.
