Broad QRS-complex tachycardia – the cause of syncope Review article

Abstract
In the article, we present the electrocardiogram of a 67-year-old man with a history of atrial fibrillation, diabetes and myocardial infarction. He was widely diagnosed because of recurrent syncope. During the last episode of syncope presented electrocardiogram which shows broad QRS complex tachycardia was performed.
