Nebivolol – proper therapy of hypertension Review article

Abstract
Nebivolol is a long-acting, the most cardioselective β-blocker. Stimulates endothelial synthesis of nitric oxide, demonstrating vasodilatory and pleiotropic effects. It reduces the central pressure, protecting the brain, heart and kidneys from the development of complications of hypertension.
