Abstrakt
Nagły zgon sercowy w populacji sportowców jest zagadnieniem ważnym, niezwykle trudnym oraz interesującym zarówno z klinicznego, jak i społecznego punktu widzenia. W niniejszym artykule autorzy dokonują przeglądu niektórych bardzo istotnych aspektów tego problemu i odnoszą je do szczególnej roli spoczynkowego elektrokardiogramu w przewidywaniu nagłej śmierci sercowej.
