Abstract
Basic data related to hypertension in pregnancy have been described in the article. Definition and classification of hypertension in pregnant women was presented. Pathogenesis of that form of hypertension was particularly accentuated. Thy most basic informations with regard to non-pharmacological therapy were mentioned.
