Abstrakt

W 2014 r. Europejskie Towarzystwo Kardiologiczne wydało nowe zalecenia dotyczące diagnostyki i postępowania w kardiomiopatii przerostowej. Artykuł stanowi podsumowanie najistotniejszych zmian w podejściu do kardiomiopatii przerostowej względem poprzednich wytycznych ESC z 2003 r. i ostatnich wytycznych amerykańskich z 2011 r.
